Please be sure to attend the City Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 25. Bring your friends and neighbors!

CALL the City Secretary's Office (214.670.3738) to sign up to speak. You can do this over the phone, or you can sign up in person until 9:00 am on Wednesday.

IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND THE MEETING ON WEDNESDAY – call the City Secretary's Office (214.670.3738), have them fill out a speaker's card for you, and OPPOSE Chapter 7, and ask that your card be provided as your vote in your absence.

We need everyone who is able to attend and to sign up to speak!

Dallas City Hall Pet Walk - June 16 & 17

Dallas Dogs would like to thank Rick Gonzales for putting together this event!

Monday June 16th and Tuesday June 17th
8am - 10am
Dallas City Hall, 1500 Marilla

Please remember:

  • Bring well-socialized, friendly dogs, and please leave girls in heat at home
  • Make sure all dogs are wearing current rabies, and any applicable city license tags
  • Please use regular standard leashes - no Flexi or extendable leashes
  • Bring water and/or ice for your dog(s) and make sure they don’t get overheated
  • Bring baggies for “pick-up”, and extras to share with anyone who may need one

Need YOUR Help Opposing Forced Sterilization and Pet Limits

Keep those faxes, letters and calls flowing. This is when it really counts and by all means, stay positive.

The following are some more ideas for letters. Take parts and add your own comments to personalize them. Remember to make your subject line big and bold, but make your letter short and concise! Nothing over a page and preferably a half page. Volume is what counts now because at this point, they are not really reading all of these letters in all likelihood.
